Dusty LaBossiere

Native Georgian. Trusted Consultant. Results Driven.

As a native Georgian and full-time realtor in the greater Atlanta area, I am excited to share how I can ensure that your real estate experience is nothing short of excellent. Growing up as a life-long resident of the greater Atlanta area, I have seen the city continue its meteoric rise as one of the nation’s leading cities. I have intimate knowledge of the market on a macro and micro level and take pride in my ability to advise in multiple local markets. Sometimes being a local really does help to make the difference.

I am happily married to my wonderful wife Ashleigh who is new home sales. Being married to a new home sales agent has given me great insight into the new home construction process. I’m well versed in what it takes to see buyers go from start to finish when choosing a new home as your new residence.

Before beginning my real estate career I worked in a graphic design studio as a lead designer. This season of my life taught me how to develop creative marketing ideas, which I use to assist homeowners with successfully selling their property. Attention to detail was absolutely mandatory as a designer and it has transferred to real estate incredibly well, especially when it comes to property pricing and trends analysis.

When buying a home, knowing my client’s needs and desires is the name of the game. My goal is to evaluate your current situation and educate you on the what the modern home buying process looks like. Everything from pre-qualification with an excellent lender to crafting an offer that makes sense to the final walk-through on closing day will be explained along the way. Care-filled communication  is paramount when dealing with such an important process.

When listing a home, attracting qualified buyers is the name of the game. My goal is to get your home noticed, secure an offer and work through all aspects of the deal. You and I will work together to develop a custom business strategy that fits your scenario and gets you to closing. Objective negotiating is essential and my past clients have more than appreciated my educated and up-to- date stance on negotiation.

In 2017 alone, I closed over 8.3 million dollars in real estate across 40 transactions. As an individual agent, carrying this volume of business was only possible with highly organized and efficient systems in place. It also meant that communication with all parties, including my clients, had to be impeccable. I intend to keep you and yours up to speed, every step of the way.

At the end of the day, I want you to see me as a trusted consultant you can feel safe to help you and your family get to the next stage of life.
